I purchased this bike a couple of weeks ago and I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered to my home. In my experience Amazon has always been great at meeting or exceeding delivery times.
I purchased this bike with the hope that it would be better than its predecessor, the Fusion 4545. Based on the 4545 reviews, the only change I could see was the addition of foot straps. BTW, once you assemble those, don't try to remove them or you might tear the strap hole. Assembly took me a couple of hours and after all the energy spent doing the assembly was over, I sat on the bike and began to peddle. I peddled and peddled and was unable to increase the tension. The peddle foot straps were weirdly angled and uncomfortable. While that was happening I noticed the display was busted. Images were either absent or faint. The packaging was crap too. When I opened the box cardboard rolls and pieces and corners were everywhere without rhyme or reason as to what they were there for. The box was shabby, torn, and looked like it had fallen off a pallet several times. There was also a dent in the rear frame. I'm assuming this happened somewhere between the factory and the distributor. Bottom line, this is a cheaply designed cycle. Do yourself a favor and spend fifty to a hundred bucks more for a bike that is built with better materials and that is built to last. This bike would not have lasted for my 5'4" 204lb frame. -- Pay More For A Better And Different Bike
I am really using and enjoying this exercise bike. It has 12 or so computer settings and can be geared to your needs--such as a heart patient with a target pulse rate of 90, or increase or decrease the difficulty level and how many minutes you would like to excersise. I use both program 2 and 11 a good bit--either 20 minutes at a time--or sometimes 30 minutes, while I watch the nightly news or some sports activity. The seat is both adjustable and comfortable. I really like all the features available. My son had one exactly like this--I tried it several times before I purchased one of my own. -- Recumbant Excersize Bike--works wonders
